Vismaya offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders above $ 75 (excluding HI/AK/PR).
Orders are shipped business days only, Monday through Friday. Vismaya does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order and the type of shipment selected. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
All domestic orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-10 business days, unless you select an alternative.
We ship to PO Box addresses. Overnight and expedited delivery is available for these addresses.
If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in processing your order.
During the holidays our shipping times may vary. Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Due to restrictions from our financial partners or restrictions by law, Vismaya does not ship to the following locations: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
Vismaya partners with multiple shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Information regarding any backordered or out-of-stock items will be included in a separate email.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
There are three ways to track your order.
- Log into your customer account on our website. You can view your order history and track each individual order you have placed.
- Tracking information is available by visiting the carrier's website. Once there, enter your tracking number and review the most up-to-date information regarding your package.
- Contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-VISMAYA (1-888-847-6292) Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST and a representative will gladly inform you on the status of your order.
Full price merchandise and merchandise discounted up to 49% off the original price, may be returned for a full refund, online store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All merchandise purchased for 50% or greater discount off the original price is considered final sale.
All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn and with original tags intact. If such items are not returned in original condition, they will be returned to you.
Vismaya reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return and Exchange Policy. Please be aware that all returns will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise by Vismaya. The return shipping is free for most mailed returns processed through our return center. However, there will be a standard $5.99 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount. All returns must conform to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Please print the pre addressed label after your return has been approved. Vismaya cannot accept responsibility for items not received, misplaced, shipped to the wrong address or damaged in transit.
You may easily exchange for the same style, different color or for something completely different.
To exchange merchandise purchased on www.vismaya.com, please follow the steps below:
All items purchased online can be returned by mail.
Pack your merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of your order with your name, email address, and phone number.
If you are exchanging, indicate the item/color you wish to receive in exchange. We will reply to acknowledge the availability of the new items you wish to order.
Please indicate which items you are exchanging and the reason.
Boldly write the Order Number on the front of the box/ envelope so that it is easily visible.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any exchange shipping costs. You may opt to use an insured delivery service, however, Vismaya cannot accept responsibility for items not received, misplaced, shipped to the wrong address or damaged in transit.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
All claims regarding defective/damaged orders must be reported to Customer Service prior to shipping return items. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-VISMAYA (1-888-847-6292) or email us at email@example.com. When sending your email, please include the following:
•If the item(s) received was defective or damaged in transit.
•Describe the defect and if you would like a replacement or refund.
•Upload a photo if the item is damaged.
Follow the return instructions above for online purchases. If available, the correct item will be shipped to you free of charge.
Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
